Please open chick boxes immediately and inspect poultry. If you do not have full count, please ask the delivery agent to sign your statement of loss and send it to us immediately. Quality Guaranteed: All Marti poultry are guaranteed to be of the grade, quality, sex and breed as represented. Should any error occur, we will make prompt adjustment. In producing these chicks, the seller has followed approved and recommended methods of flock control and egg selection, and has established sanitary and disease control standards in hatchery operation. Seller does not warrant poultry to be free from any disease which could not be ascertained at the time of sale. Liability is limited in all cases to replacement of damaged chicks and extra chicks must apply. Does not apply to assorted chicks. Replacement good for one time only. Under no circumstance shall our liability, on claims of any kid, exceed the total price paid for poultry.

90% Sexing Guarantee: We guarantee on pullet orders that you will receive at least 90% pullets .If you should receive more than 10% cockerels, we will refund the difference between pullet and cockerel prices all over the 10%. Claims must be sent directly to us when chicks are not more than 8 weeks old. Does not apply to assorted chicks.

Cockerel Guarantee: We reserve the right to substitute straight run if necessary to fill orders. Due to genetic mutations beyond our control there may be slight color variations on some birds listed in catalog.

Terms
Orders for Chicks & Bantams must be in units of 25 or more. Orders for Guineas & Ducks must be in units of l0 ore more. Minimum for Will Call orders: l5 Chicks, l5 Bantams, l0 Guineas or l0 Ducks. You may order as many different breeds as you wish, but the total number must meet the minimum number. The number of chicks in the boxes control the temperature in transit.
